Intuitive Heart is a heart-centered wellness brand devoted to health, vitality, and the beauty of coming home to oneself. Through nervous-system–focused chiropractic care, postpartum doula support, and women’s wellness education, the brand meets each person exactly where they are—with compassion, confidence, and deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom.

For this project, I set out to design a brand identity that felt both strong and soulful; grounded yet intuitive, bold yet nurturing. Drawing inspiration from the confidence and warmth of 80s and 90s fitness culture, the typography balances a powerful, grounded sans-serif with a refined serif to reflect strength and softness in equal measure. A hand-drawn spiral weaves in the spiritual layer, symbolizing growth, movement, and the ever-unfolding journey of the human spirit. The result is a visual identity that feels nostalgic yet modern—playful, purposeful, and deeply aligned with a brand that leads with heart and moves with ease.
