Coastal Grace is a vacation rental remodel in Port Aransas, Texas, thoughtfully named in honor of the owner’s late grandmother. Built in the 1980s, the home was in need of a modern update to compete with newer properties and appeal to today’s travelers. We opened up the floor plan by removing a dividing wall between the kitchen and living room, creating a breezy, connected space perfect for gathering. Bright white walls paired with soft blues bring a sense of calm and coastal charm, echoing the nearby ocean.
